They were very flexible in meeting with us at unusual times due to Covid and work obligations.  They were very transparent about the costs and the timeline and it was clear that they had no vested interest in doing the work “for the money.” My wife and I met with them together and they were clear that they represented the best options for all members of the family, not one person over the other.
