Do Both Spouses Have To Agree In Advance On Mediation In Order To Do The Consultation?

During our free initial consultation with each of you together, our goal is simply to educate you on your process and other options for divorce. In discussing options, we will communicate the differentces between litigation and mediation, and the benefits of a peaceful transition. But neither spouse needs to know in advance of that consultation if they want to mediate or not, they just need to be willing to learn and understand the options.
